Most of us are overstimulated and overscheduled, which leads to mental, emotional, and physical stress. And, stress eventually accumulates as a direct result of our out-of-balance lifestyle.
Research shows that over 80% of all doctor visits are due to stress-related complaints, such as anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, allergies, digestive disorders, inability to focus, and fatigue. 


So, let’s get that stress under control!

Meditation is a perfect antidote to stress. And anyone can learn to do it. If you can think a thought, you can meditate. And you don’t have to change your diet, your religion, or your beliefs. You don’t have to stop thinking or clear your mind, either.  You simply must have the desire to do it and a willingness to commit to a short, daily practice. You will notice the benefits unfolding naturally and effortlessly. Scientific studies have shown our body changing in as quickly as 4 seconds!!! But knowing about meditation will not give you the benefits—doing it will.


Each person has their own reason for learning to meditate. Whatever yours is, the practice of meditation will help you to cultivate more inner peace, creativity, inspiration, harmonious relationships, fulfillment, better health, and increased self-awareness.


My mantra? The word was so foreign to me. Yet is sparked curiosity. I will be honest, I never truly gave meditation a chance or practiced it correctly. It wasn’t until I met Rachel, that I learned the wonderful world of meditation – when I needed it most.

Needless to say, 2018 was not my year. I had questioned everything in my past, present and was getting anxiety about things that hadn’t even happened yet. I needed to vent and find clarity. Although there is structure in my home, I needed to have personal structure.

I am a home engineer (fancy way of saying stay at home mom). WE have 2 young sweet, loving and very energetic boys. Adjusting to life with two kids so close in age, lack of sleep, social life, the sour and sweet stages of marriage and my career that I missed along with my sanity has taken a toll on me. I started experiencing anxiety in the last year and not wanting to go on meditation nor was I talking to anyone about it. I knew there had to be other ways to calm my mind…I just wasn’t feeling balanced.

Wearing comfy yoga attire in a modern earthy toned environment, on a bright Saturday morning, I found myself surrounded by beautiful empowering women united by Rachel. It is here, that I shared my fears, insecurities, curiosity and questions, “what is my purpose?”
Rachel’s radiant smile so welcoming and confident made me feel so comfortable. She handed each of the 6 ladies a Primordial Sound Meditation booklet. We began our morning with vibrant Orange & Ginger smoothies made by Rachel herself. Healing and detoxifying the mind goes hand in hand with what you place in your temple, hence the treats and knowledge she offered throughout the day.

Rachel shared her story as to what led her to this change of lifestyle and her knowledge and passion was genuinely felt. After explaining to the group what a mantra meant and the importance of it, she had us practice our mantra separately and gave us guidance as to how to relax the mind in order to experience true meditation. I had such a surreal moment that I recall saying, “omg! This is the moment people rave about”. It was so exciting and I wanted to feel that again. Since December I have continued to practice my mantra as much as possible with Rachel’s friendly follow ups to keep me on track has been a huge help. I have gained more clarity which has lead to more patience, confidence and peace. I have taken a huge leap of faith into starting a business because I don’t feel overwhelmed with all of these ideas…I am now putting them into action.
