Monthly Intention Setting


Two days before each month you will get an email from me with tools to help guide you through creating time and space to set mindful intentions for your life in the month ahead. This can be as short or long as you want it to be. I will teach you all the ways to make the most of this time so that you can set intentions and then go out there and create the life that fulfills your soul.

Meditations


You will have access to a library of meditations all titled by their Affirmation. I will also add two new recordings each month.

Mindful Movement


You will have access to a library of mindful movement videos by various amazing instructors. They will also be titled by affirmations to match the meditations and provide you the option to unite the two. This unification takes your experience to the next level.

Meals


You will have access to a library of recipes. The goal is to provide you with 3 recipes each month. This allows you the time to remake each recipe throughout the month. When you repeat making these meals, they will become easier for you to create and eventually less time in the kitchen, and less mental work to put it all together. Remember the goal is to create change - and this is how we do it - slowly and efficiently. All the meals will be focused on the seasons and nourishing to your body.

Monthly Focus


While you’re learning new meals, meditating and mindfully moving your body we will also be having a monthly focus on:

  • A Wellness Tool. These will stem from Ayurvedic medicine. The goal will be for you to learn new tools to add to your self-care routines that nurture your mind, body and spirit - as well as uplevel your health.

  • A form of Breathwork. Each month we will focus on a form of breathwork that is either calming your nervous system or energizing your mind and body.

A Note From Rachel

 

My philosophy is simple. It's about embodying your own empowerment, connecting with your authentic self - your real inner truth of who you are when the labels are taken away. Learning to connect to your mind, body and soul to live your most vibrant, happy and healthy life.


I’m Rachel Hilinski - but you can call me Ray or Rachel (I answer to both). 
I’m truly grateful that you found me - or that we found each other!

I dedicate my life to sharing my knowledge, as I continue to learn too, through teaching, speaking, workshops, video courses and the Nourished Membership. 

Currently, my husband and I have two children and love living in the sunny state of Florida. I love being a mom, living a clean and holisitic lifestyle that I hope to pass on to my children - while teaching them to connect to their mindbody, understand how to properly fuel their bodies without being tricked by modern marketing and finding their breath while managing their little stresses in life.
